Located in historic Hudson, NY and housed in a masterfully renovated old firehouse, we offer dry rubbed and smoked BBQ as well as grilled steaks, fish, classic comfort foods and homemade desserts. To accompany our food we serve an array of locally brewed craft beers and an impressive selection of fine whiskeys and tequilas.
